Hire of Lodge Balcarres No.1240

Lodge Balcarres is ideal for small to medium group events and in the past has been used for birthdays, weddings, anniversaries and funeral gatherings. 

The Lodge has a Function Hall for up to 100 people that can be used as a dance floor or for concerts,celebrations, lectures, meetings or other functions. 

A comfortable Lounge area with concertina doors adjacent to the Function Hall that can be opened or closed to allow greater space. 

A well stocked bar (and optional trained bar person if required). 

There is a large kitchen for preparing hot and cold food with fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, tea urn, crockery and cutlery.  

Central Heating and Coal Fire if required. 

Ladies and Gents Toilets. 

Free Wi-fi. 

The Hire of the Lodge is FREE but we ask for a donation to Lodge Balcarrres No.1240 to adequately cover heating and electricity costs. There may be an additional cost for a bar person if required.
